Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your NISA abayas. However If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

Before returning any items, please contact us at info.nisaco@gmail.com so we can assist you with the return process and provide the correct return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.
